Who we are
Bellequip is a family-owned business with bases strategically located across Central Queensland. Built on the foundations of Bell’s Plant Hire, Bell’s Water and Bell’s Fencing, we’ve supported industry throughout the region since 2001 — including for government and Tier 1 clients.
Our full in-house project management and delivery team is backed by a large network of prequalified, proven and trusted local subcontractors and suppliers — from specialist trades and additional plant to ready-mix concrete, precast, quarry materials, bitumen sealing, asphalt and mobile camps — keeping our project spend local. Bell’s Plant Hire
The Bell family starts hiring plant and operators, with Bell’s Water and Bell’s Fencing growing alongside.

Bellequip is formed
The family businesses come together as one company, with plant, people and transport under one roof.

ISO certified
Safety, quality and environmental management systems certified to ISO standards.
- 2019
TMR prequalified
Initial prequalification obtained with the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
- 2023
OFSC accredited
Accredited under the Australian Government’s building and construction WHS Accreditation Scheme by the Federal Safety Commissioner.
